It’s located close to the freeway (202 and Hwy 60) as well as a hospital, and draws a lot of working-class folks as well as retired individuals and couples looking for a similar life,” says Jason Crittenden, a real estate agent with RealtyOne Group.

Crittenden noted that the lower price point makes it easier for some to get into home compared to pricey neighborhoods of Gilbert, Chandler, or even East Mesa.
