It’s located close to the freeway (202 and Hwy 60) as well as a hospital, and draws a lot of working-class folks as well as retired individuals and couples looking for a similar life,” says Jason Crittenden, a real estate agent with RealtyOne Group.

The community is also home to several RV parks including Superstition Sunrise for those looking to downsize and enjoy the community amenities on site. Single family homes range anywhere between $200,000 and $550,000 while a manufactured home will run anywhere from $35,000 to $160,000 for more premium units. Crittenden noted that the lower price point makes it easier for some to get into home compared to pricey neighborhoods of Gilbert, Chandler, or even East Mesa.
