Superstition Springs
Homes
The subdivisions that make up Superstition Springs are described as a “safe, friendly area to live in,” by licensed Real Estate Agent Vicky Hubbard with Homesmart. Many of the single-family homes in the area were constructed in the late 1990s into the early 2000s and have since undergone interior renovations that include new flooring and stainless-steel kitchen appliances among other upgrades. Homes often have open floor plans which allows easy access from the living room to the dining and kitchen areas. Your home will be the go-to place for parties throughout the summer with your private pool and shaded patio, all within a fenced-in backyard that allows for extra privacy. Condominium units are also available throughout Superstition Springs, many of which are in gated communities. Condos often feature modern appliances, spacious bedrooms and community amenities including a pool and designated parking spots. Home prices tend to vary throughout the community, with some homes starting in the mid $300,000 and ranging up to $600,000.
