Panoramic mountain views are icing on the cake for residents of The Groves
The Groves is a highly sought-after suburban neighborhood in Mesa, Arizona with mountain views, stylish homes and abundant cultural resources. The Groves is so popular, in fact, that residents will often move to another home right in the neighborhood, if they need a larger or smaller house. But they will not leave The Groves. As Patty Bentley, long-time Realtor with Success Property Brokers and a native Phoenix resident explains, “The Groves is a tight-knit community. It’s friendly, welcoming and established. People know each other here and truly value the lives they’ve built.”
The Groves offers a variety of home styles, great schools, four parks and immediate access to the popular Eastern Canal Trail. Residents also enjoy views of The Superstition Mountains, a craggy, volcanic mountain range just east of Mesa that towers 6,000 feet above the Sonoran desert. Realtor Bently continues, “Buyers at different life stages all love The Groves, but for different reasons. From the sports scene and great schools, to outdoor attractions and the arts, there’s something “big” here that buyers want.”
Mediterranean and Southwest homes are sought after in The Groves
Mediterranean, Southwest contemporary, Tuscan and Spanish colonial are the predominant architectural styles in The Groves. They are marked by details including wrought iron, archways and terracotta. Most homes in The Groves are single-story homes, but the area does feature both condominiums and larger, custom homes as well. While the average home value in The Groves is around $610,000, buyers can find a broad range of prices. Two-bedroom condominiums in University Place have recently sold for $315,000. Well-maintained ranch-style homes with a swimming pool, have recently sold for about $530,000. Spanish-style villa homes in a gated community have recently listed for about $490,000.
