The Groves is a highly sought-after suburban neighborhood in Mesa, Arizona with mountain views, stylish homes and abundant cultural resources. Mesa Unified School District is the largest public school district in Arizona, with an overall Niche grade of A-minus. Highland Arts Elementary (formerly Highland Elementary) also has an A-minus Niche grade and is ranked by Niche as one of the best public elementary schools in Arizona. It promotes a strong focus on the arts and STEAM learning. Kids can continue their education at Poston Junior High with an overall Niche grade of B-plus. Mountain View High has earned an A grade from Niche and is known for its award-winning arts and athletic programs. Valley Metro Transit offers light rail, buses and taxis. Most commutes are reasonable from The Groves, with Downtown Phoenix, Tempe and the Scottsdale Airpark less than 30 miles away. The 202 Red Mountain Freeway, connects commuters to the Phoenix Valley, and Gilbert and Chandler, both less than 20 miles away. When residents need to travel further, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is 16 miles west.
