Instead, residents enjoy quick access to city-like amenities and events, as well as a variety of affordable housing options. The homes of Sierra
The area features a unique layout, with a mix of standard right-angle and gently curved streets, adding character to the neighborhood landscape. Sidewalks and palm trees line the streets, with plenty of yard space and greenery to keep things colorful. Houses in Sierra are primarily single-story ranch styles built in the 1950s and 1960s, but bright exteriors and mixed design elements give the neighborhood plenty of charm. Clean, modern styles share the streets with classic, Spanish-inspired homes sporting clay roof tiles and arched entrances. Homes in Sierra don’t enter the market often but are generally priced at or below average for Miami Gardens, ranging from $380,000 to $500,000 depending on size and condition. Those not quite ready to buy a home can still find excellent options for condos, which are typically priced around $ 100,000.
