Used to be peaceful and quiet until SW 160 St. (Colonial Dr.) Became a major east/west artery. In addition, the average speed is 48mph as shot by radar. County PD has refused to monitor or even try to curtail speeding. In addition the traffic light at the intersection of US 1 lasts 10 seconds except morning rush hour, ( 9am)

Living in this area has way more advantages than disadvantages. This area is one of the biggest cities, the weather is great all year round and this makes the area very popular for the young & the old. To top it off it has so many attractions for vacations or otherwise. Each and everyday there is more businesses moving into this area so for the future I see positive things happening in the job industries.
