However, houses can significantly range in price, such as a 1956 brick ranch for $311,000 to a five-bedroom, stately new traditional in the Willowgate Subdivision boasting a community pool and clubhouse for $650,000. Prospective homebuyers can also buy a condominium unit between $100,000 and $300,000.
