A deeply rooted slice of the city
This is a well-established piece of Midland, complete with an assortment of mature trees. Many of the homes in the neighborhood date back to the mid-20th century, though there are some modern houses here and there. Single-story ranch-style homes and bungalows are the most common, regardless of age. The traditional single-family homes here sell for between $100,000 and $200,000. “Days on the market has been pretty quick for most of them, less than 30 days,” says Lenny Carley, a Realtor with eXp Realty who has more than 20 years of experience. “About normal for our market.” There are also some townhomes in the neighborhood that sell for between $70,000 and $145,000.
