Most homes in Midway City have Mediterranean and ranch-style designs, but there are also manufactured homes, like those in the Driftwood community. Prices tend to start around $60,000 for a manufactured home and reach nearly $1.8 million for a large, renovated home. Prices in Midway City are on par with those in the surrounding areas, but here you get easy access to areas like Little Saigon and Westminster. "People come here for the community, especially to be near Little Saigon," says Mindy Luong, CCIM, president of HPT Realty and resident of Little Saigon. "It's got all the nice Orange County things," says Luong. "Good schools, good weather and it's close to the beach."

I-405 access and OC Bus routes nearby

Most people drive to get around Midway City and beyond. Because of its location in Orange County, you're close to major destinations. Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm are about 10 miles away. Nearby Interstate 405 leads directly to the John Wayne Airport and the Los Angeles International Airport. It's quickest to drive, but the Orange County Transportation Authority also manages bus lines in the area that reach destinations like these.

Diverse dining and shopping in and around Midway City

Beach Boulevard is a major corridor for finding shops and restaurants. You might get a banh mi sandwich at Lynda Sandwich or order other Vietnamese dishes at Bo De Tinh Tam Chay. Westminster has even more restaurants to try.
