Most homes in Midway City have Mediterranean and ranch-style designs, but there are also manufactured homes, like those in the Driftwood community. Prices tend to start around $60,000 for a manufactured home and reach nearly $1.8 million for a large, renovated home. Prices in Midway City are on par with those in the surrounding areas, but here you get easy access to areas like Little Saigon and Westminster.
