Homebuyers can purchase three-bedroom early 20th-century bungalows for between $70,000 and $100,000. Four-bedroom bungalows sell for between $110,000 and $195,000. Six-bedroom multi-family houses sell for between $170,000 and $200,000. “It could be a challenge for first-time homebuyers because they need the working capital to make improvements,” Campbell says.
