From remodeled manufactured homes to contemporary housing
The earliest of Armada's homes were constructed between 1980 and 1990, and new homes have been built on vacant lots sporadically throughout the 21st century. Architecture is wildly varied here, with manufactured homes and Southern California ranch styles sharing the same block with Spanish Revival-inspired and New Traditional housing. Generally, homes sit on quarter-acre lots adorned with tall native palms and Italian cypress. Renovated manufactured homes can sell as low as $150,000 to $200,000, but typically, selling prices for the neighborhood sit between $450,000 and $600,000.
