Uniform cul-de-sacs and densely packed streets comprise the neighborhood’s landscape, and freshly paved sidewalks and palm trees front most houses. Popular restaurants, including Nonno's Ristorante, line Murrieta Hot Springs Road, and Rival Coffee Co., near the 15, serves as makeshift offices for remote workers. Urgent care facilities, specialty doctor’s offices and the Southwest Healthcare Ranch Springs Hospital are also nearby, off these major thoroughfares.

Plenty of pocket parks and large outdoor gathering spaces
