Near shopping, healthcare and vineyards
Located along Napa’s northern edge, Vintage is close to shopping, healthcare and schools. Despite the community's recent growth, its agricultural history can still be felt in the vineyards along the neighborhood’s northern and eastern edges. “There’s a neighborhood vineyard owned by the Biale family,” says Monica Cline, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Brokers of the Valley who’s sold homes in the area for 18 years, “but they’re selling a portion of it. The city has approved over 50 single-family homes for the land, but some of the vineyard is going to be preserved.” Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center, one of the city’s largest employers, is in the south, and Vintage High is in the north. Local restaurants and national retailers can be found along Trancas Street, and Downtown Napa is around 3 miles south. Nearby houses of worship include St. Apollinaris Catholic Church and Hope Christian Center.
Vintage is located across the street from major Napa vineyards and tasting rooms.

Ranch-style and new traditional homes
The sidewalks in Vintage are lined with midcentury ranch-style and 21st-century new traditional homes; front yards are large enough for a manicured lawn, colorful garden and paved driveway leading to an attached garage. “The houses here are a little bigger and newer than in surrounding areas,” says Heli Sairanen, a broker associate with Coldwell Banker Brokers of the Valley who’s sold homes in Napa for 48 years, “and a lot of people have added pools.” Size, age and renovations are the main factors affecting price. Ranch-style homes built in the 1960s can be found in the neighborhood’s west, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and layouts between 1,100 and 1,600 square feet; prices range from $650,000 to $800,000. New traditional styles built in the 2000s are the norm in the east, with either Mediterranean details like clay-tiled roofs and stucco siding, or Craftsman elements like trussed gables and front porches. These homes have between 1,700 and 3,500 square feet, with prices ranging from $900,000 to $1.6 million. Both south and east, two- and three-bedroom townhouse-style condos built in the 1970s and ‘80s typically range from $350,000 to $600,000, depending on size; monthly homeowners association fees between $300 and $400 cover shared areas and the community pool. In the 55-plus Willowbrook gated community, two- and three-bedroom condos cost between $750,000 and $900,000, depending on size, and monthly homeowners association fees typically range from $500 to $600, covering landscaping and insurance.
Vintage new traditional homes are set on wide and quiet streets.
