New Traditional homes and townhouses throughout Stillwater
Stillwater features brick New Traditional homes along streets lined with sidewalks and young trees, often leading to cul-de-sacs with a tree placed in the center. While the homes look similar, personal touches like landscaping along the front pathway and basketball hoops in driveways add some personality to homes. “This area has newer homes,” says Realtor Amy Pearson with @Properties. “This region is the ideal place to search for homebuyers who are looking for homes built in the 2000s with a larger square footage.” Residents living here can also enjoy the homeowners association’s amenities, including a pool and tennis courts, where people can reserve lessons. On the southwestern side of the community is the Windridge subdivision, which includes New Traditional townhouses. These typically sell between $250,000 and $300,000, while the larger single-family homes sell between $775,000 and $925,000.Hiking through prairies and golfing around Stillwater
Along the southern side of Stillwater is Cantore Park, which shares its grounds with the elementary school. Many people come here to walk their dogs or stroll through the open space, but the baseball diamond also hosts local Little League games. White Eagle Golf Club’s 27-hole course stretches across 163 acres and hosts tournaments for its various leagues throughout the year. At Springbrook Prairie, people can explore the prairie through the 7 miles of trails on foot, bike or horse. In the winter, the trails are also open for cross-country skiing.Studying music at Neuqua Valley High School
Stillwater students can attend Arlene Welch Elementary School for grades kindergarten through fifth, which earns an A from Niche. Then, they continue to Scullen Middle School, which Niche grants an A-plus and lists as the third-best public middle school in Illinois. Neuqua Valley High School has a music program recognized by the Grammy Association and also earns an A-plus from Niche.Homeowners association activities and clubs and Naperville's annual festivals

Endeavor Health Edward Hospital is closer to downtown, 4.5 miles away and accessible via Book Road. The dim lighting and warm tones in the dining room create an intimate setting perfect for a date night or dinner with family.
