Condo sales range from around $200,000 to $400,000, and these properties often have balconies overlooking the golf course or the water. Veterans Memorial ranks as the seventh best public elementary school in Collier County on Niche, and North Naples ranks as the best public middle school in the county. The neighborhood is zoned to Aubrey Rogers High School, which opened in 2023 and has not yet received a Niche rating.
