Large Spanish-style homes with golf course views
Remington Reserve has a mix of single-family homes and condos, with nearly 90% of residents owning their properties. The neighborhood’s single-family family homes are typically large 3,000- to 5,000-square-foot Spanish-style homes with features like palm trees in their yards, pools and golf course views. Most recent sales on single-family homes fall between $2 million and $3.5 million. The neighborhood has a few condos with features like lanais and community amenities such as pools and fitness rooms. Recent sales prices for condos fall between $500,000 and $800,000. Like the rest of Naples, Remington Reserve has a slow-moving housing market, with homes selling after an average of 77 days, far greater than the national average of 46. “There’s very little turnover,” Miller says. “But there’s no land here, so the homes will continue to turn over and get renovated.”

One of Florida’s top school districts
Collier County Public Schools gets an A rating from Niche and ranks on the site as the fifth best school district in Florida. Students in Remington Reserve can attend the A-minus-rated Naples Park Elementary School before continuing to the A-rated North Naples Middle School, which ranks on Niche as the top public middle school in Collier County. The neighborhood’s assigned high school is Aubrey Rogers High School, which opened in 2023 and hasn’t yet been rated by Niche. Students at Aubrey Rogers can concentrate their studies in one of five career academies: arts and technology, business, engineering and trades, health sciences or law and public safety.

Golf clubs and a nearby public beach
Remington Reserve has two private clubs: Collier’s Reserve Country Club and The Old Collier Golf Club. Collier’s Reserve Country Club features an Arthur Hills-designed golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center and streams that allow members to paddle to the Gulf of Mexico. The Old Collier Golf Club is a members-only golf club with an 18-hole course and a clubhouse. Two miles west, Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park provides public beach access, where visitors enjoy activities such as kayaking, snorkeling and swimming.
