Farmlands 10 miles from the nearest town
In rural Grady County, Ninnekah is a small town tucked between the farmland. “It’s a one-stop, one-light town,” says broker Shari Brunt from Always Real Estate, who has lived in Grady County for 50 years. “They only have one gas station and one grocery store.” Despite the smaller feel, Ninnekah is located just 10 miles from Chickasha, a bigger commercial center in the region, but with more space for residents to spread out and enjoy the quiet.
