With its proximity to downtown Norfolk, residents of Camellia Shores have access to plenty of shopping and dining. Town Point Fall Wine Festival

Downtown Norfolk is home to a variety of festivals, including the Town Point Fall Wine Festival. This event attracts wine lovers from all over the state and features over 200 local wines. With Interstate 64 also nearby, the neighborhood makes traveling — and getting back home — easy. Norfolk International Airport is also just a quick drive away. Don’t worry about noise pollution though, because Kennedy says,“In all my time around the area, even though it’s close to the airport, I don’t think I’ve ever heard it get loud.”
