The community gathers along Tarrallton Drive
The Tarrallton Community Center sits right next to Tarrallton Elementary School. Kids can visit right after school to join in on the Schools Out Afternoon Recreation program. The center also hosts creative art classes and educational workshops for residents. Locals young and old visit the Community Center for family game nights. Outside the community center, Tarrallton Parks spans 70 acres. It has six baseball diamonds, a playground, soccer fields and tennis courts for everyone to enjoy. Near the Little Creek Reservoir or what locals call “Pretty Lake,” larger waterfront retreats feature their own marinas, giving homeowners direct access to take their boats out and explore the Chesapeake Bay or fish for largemouth bass.Community events organized by the Civic League
The Roosevelt Gardens Civic League promotes the safety and well-being of residents, businesses and homes with community clean-ups and public events.
