Mid-century ranch-style homes are common for the neighborhood, alongside contemporary multi-story homes from the 1980s to 2010s. Prices range from $600,000 to $925,000. A handful of apartment complexes have units available for rent, including Mason Mills Apartments, Kenco Lavista Apartments and Cortland 3131. Traffic and noise may flow from the area’s main roads, though provide easy access to the Atlanta metro area.
