"The location is absolutely one of the most convenient because it has access to Route 19, which takes you to all the shopping centers," says Maria Lane, a senior real estate specialist at Coldwell Banker Realty and North Strabane resident. "When you get off Route 19, as you venture into the neighborhood, it has a very bucolic feeling." The community's west side features subdivisions, major shopping centers and a wide array of dining options. Heading east, the area becomes more rural, with rolling hills and countryside properties. Whether buyers want to be close to their neighbors or have more privacy, North Strabane Township offers a convenient place to call home.

The average home size is around 3,000 square feet, significantly larger than the national average. Prices vary depending on many factors, but houses under 2,500 square feet typically cost between $150,000 and $520,000. Larger homes can sell for $430,00 to $800,000. The community’s CAP Index Crime Score of 2 out of 10 is lower than the national average of 4.
