Gaskill is a small neighborhood off San Pablo Ave, and just outside the city of Emeryville. Bike trails and playgrounds
Gaskill is close to the San Francisco Bay, and area bikers can hop on the Bay Bridge Trail, which runs about four miles from Shellmound Street to Yerba Buena Island, which is in between Oakland and San Francisco. Gaskill is also close to Temescal Creek Park, where kids can climb around the jungle gym and shoot hoops at the half-basketball court.

Getting around Gaskill
Drivers are close to the interstate intersection where I-80 and I-580 converge. The roadways lead up the coast toward Richmond, and inland toward Lafayette and Walnut Creek. Interstate 80 crosses over the Oakland Bay Bridge into San Francisco, which is about a 20-minute drive. Bay Area Rapid Transit has several stops around the nearby intersection at Market Street and Stanford Avenue. For international travel, the Oakland International Airport is about 12 miles away.
Referred to as "MacArthur Maze," Gaskill's freeway interchange connects the 80, 580, & 880.
AC Transit buses serve the Gaskill neighborhood.
