Chapel Creek
Three-car garages and walkable streets
Homes in Chapel Creek are brick-and-stone New Traditional Craftsman houses built in the early 2000s. Most homes showcase three-car garages and wide driveways as the main feature, with front entrances tucked away. Some young trees dot small front lawns, and masonry mailboxes match the brick homes. “A lot of the older neighborhoods around here don’t have sidewalks, so the nice thing about Chapel Creek being newer is that it’s more walkable,” says Broker Becky Ivins with Movers Real Estate. Houses in the area typically range between $300,000 and $400,000 for almost 8,000 square-foot lots. Newer construction featuring homes built in the past year will sell for closer to $400,000.Highly ranked Piedmont Public Schools
