Applewood Heights
Various architectural styles on perfectly manicured lots
Intimate suburban streets have sidewalks, which wrap around the neighborhood and are shaded by towering trees that scatter across property lots. Potential buyers can pick from Colonial Revivals with built-in garages, Tudor Revivals with front-facing gables or Craftsman-style bungalows perched on compact front yards with fenced-in backyards. Prices range from $366,000 to $424,000, and buyers can expect a four-bedroom Colonial to sell for around $385,000. “With rates coming back down, the Omaha market is picking up again. The house I sold there in December 2023 got multiple offers and was off the market in a few days,” Wilson says.Going to the highly rated Millard Public Schools
