Close to The Mall at Millenia, Target, Costco and more

Residents don’t have to travel far to run errands, since big box stores like Target, Home Depot and Costco are in shopping centers on the neighborhood’s west side. Just outside of the neighborhood is the popular Mall at Millenia, large indoor shopping center offers luxury brands like Gucci and classic chain retailers like H&M. "The Mall at Millenia is famous. It has some of the best shopping in Florida, and people from all over the world come to shop there," says Emily Armstrong, a Realtor at Keller Williams at the Parks Realty who sells throughout Central Florida. Another smaller shopping center is nearby with Aldi, Dollar Tree and a mix of restaurants including McDonald’s and Bon Appetit Grill, a local spot serving authentic Haitian Caribbean dishes. Condos, townhouses and some single-family homes available

Most homes in Park Central are condos and townhouses with one or two bedrooms, though a few three-bedroom units are sometimes available. Units sit in complexes, some of which are gated and offer clubhouses and community pools. Prices range from $70,000 to almost $200,000. Single-family homes line the residential streets on the neighborhood’s east side. Most are ranch-style, with carports or garages. Lawns are petite and landscaped with grass, and many homes have short fences that surround each property. Homes on this side of the neighborhood don’t go on sale often, but when they do, they can cost between $175,000 and almost $350,000. While there are no parks in the neighborhood, Clear Lake Park is nearby and offers jogging and biking trails, two playgrounds and a dock where visitors fish in Clear Lake.
