City convenience and warm weather
Rose Lodge is a small inland community located just east of the Oregon coastline. Residents can enjoy living near the Salmon River and several trailheads. "People like it because it’s a pretty tight knit community, and they look out for each other often. It's also a bit more rural so you don’t have all the city noise or tourists and it’s gorgeous. The river is right there, and it's great for fishing, kayaking, hiking," says Robyn Tanner, broker and owner of Beachside Realty, who previously sold in Rose Lodge. The neighborhood also has a number of small businesses and convenient access to the highway.
Ranch-style and Craftsman homes by the Salmon River

Many homes are shaded by plentiful tree life and come with outdoor decks that overlook the river. Homes range between $250,000 to $700,000. “There are more options for acreage, one to ten acres on average, and parcels can get up to almost 100 acres,” Regen says. Lots of homes are located right by the Salmon River, making them riverside retreats. Homes remain on the market for about 31 days on average. It is important to know that data from First Street reports that Rose Lodge has extreme risk from flooding and severe risk from air quality.
