The centrally located Southwinds Park is a favorite neighborhood gathering spot that plays host to several events throughout the year. Neighborhood residents can also easily get to the sandy shoreline of Port Hueneme Beach Park, with its miles of beach, fishing pier, sand volleyball court and snack bar. When it’s not a beach day, neighborhood residents can make the 8-mile trip north to The Collection at RiverPark, which is home to a 24 Hour Fitness for workouts and the Cinemark Century theater for catching the latest Hollywood release.
