Architectural styles range from bungalows to luxury high-rises

The homes in Palm Beach Shores are a diverse mix of architectural styles, including Spanish Revival, Mediterranean and contemporary. Forest says there are also many bungalows and current renovations of older homes. Many of the homes feature lush landscaping, palm trees and private pools. There are also a number of gated communities in the neighborhood, offering residents an extra layer of privacy and security. In general, the neighborhood is considered to be affluent, with homes starting in the mid-$500,000 range and going well into the millions.
