Beacon Groves
Beachy one-story homes off U.S. Highway 19
Suburban developments, like Beacon Groves, began popping up after the Innsbrook resort opened in the late 1970s. Tall palm and oak trees shade the neighborhood's sidewalks. Two-car garages and Mediterranean-inspired arched entryways are common. These one-story homes come in neutral and beachy colors, often sea foam green and baby blue. White picket fences and enclosed pools are common here. Most homes in Beacon Groves are around 9 percent lower than the median price of Palm Harbor. Homebuyers can expect prices to fall between $350,000 and $500,000 for a two-to-four-bedroom residence. It doesn’t have to go through the county. We can take action faster.” The waterfront Pop Stansell Park has picnic tables and gazebos. The park’s dock is a popular spot for anglers to cast a line. Local Brewing Company is an industrial pub serving American fare and a range of craft beer. “It’s a really popular place for people to just go and hang out,” Lynford says. Downtown Palm Harbor is 3 miles away and home to mom-and-pop shops and family-owned eateries.Year-round Palm Harbor celebrations
