Pastels and palm trees in Berkshire
Pastel ranch-style homes rest along the curved sidewalks of Berkshire, often adorned with South Florida’s tropical greenery. Many feature short driveways leading to attached carports rather than garages. Square green lawns almost resemble turf, sprouting with classic palm trees. These single-family homes are typically priced between $300,000 and $500,000, but potential homebuyers can also find townhomes and condominiums throughout Berkshire for less. Priced between $250,000 and $325,000, the Somerset community offers townhomes with Spanish-influenced red terracotta roofs surrounding a central lake. Meanwhile, across the way, Timberline offers condos with attached garages and small garden features.
