Paradis/Boutte is a mostly rural community that has been around since the Civil War. “This community has been my home, on and off for the past 50 years,” says Monique Gros, Realtor with Latter & Blum. “It is unique because the neighborhoods are not your typical ‘conforming neighborhoods.’ Years ago, you were able to purchase a lot and construct what you wanted.”
