Drives around the community and Downtown Parker
The local thoroughfare Jordan Road runs north along the neighborhood’s west side to Extension 470, a toll road. Known locally as “E-470” it leads to the Denver International Airport, about 25 miles north. Local broker Phillip Booghier with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty says that E-470 is not as popular as other routes around Denver since it operates primarily as a path to the airport, but traffic is typically minimal. E-470 also connects the neighborhood to state Highway 83, or “Parker Road,” which leads to the nearest hospital AdventHealth Parker. Additionally, another local thoroughfare is Lincoln Avenue. “Lincoln is the busiest road during commuting times because everyone drives Lincoln up to I-25 to get to work,” Tait says. Additionally, the Regional Transportation District (RTD) provides bus services along Lincoln Avenue, Jordan Road and Mainstreet.
