The median sale price is $424,950, which is lower than nearby White Marsh but higher than Carney. Housing prices are based on size and style, with brick-sided split-levels, Cape Cods and ranch-style homes ranging from $350,000 to $700,000. Near employers, major roadways and hospitals

“People like the area because it’s not too far from Towson, I-95 and Route 1,” says Lee Tessier of the Lee Tessier Team of EXP Realty. Lee Tessier bought his first house in Perry Hall. “It’s convenient and close to a lot of Baltimore County employers, like Black & Decker, McCormick and MedStar.” Towson is a shopping and dining hub with the Towson Town Center mall, 10 miles away, using Interstate 695. The community also has two colleges: Towson University and Goucher College. MedStar Health has several hospitals throughout Baltimore County, including MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center, 7 miles from Perry Hall. Other major employers, such as McCormick & Company, Inc. is 17 miles away in Cockeysville and Black & Decker is 32 miles away in Hampstead. The PHIA hosts community events such as The Town Fair in June at Perry Hall High School. The fair has over 140 vendors, live music and crafts.
