First-time homebuyers aren’t willing to take the risk that the value of their property won’t increase down the road.” Many properties are in poor condition. Renters can often find homes in Pine Lawn simply because qualified homebuyers are not purchasing there currently.

While there are no municipal parks within the boundaries of Pine Lawn, there are several nearby parks and athletic amenities.
