Hernando comprises of smaller subdivisions, with most hosting ranch-style homes, including the 55+ community of Arbor Lakes. Homes here have sold for between the low $200,000s to the high $300,000s. Canterbury Lakes Estates and Quail Run are two of the area’s subdivisions that are not just for senior living.
