Vista Del Mar
Craftsman-influenced homes and manicured landscapes
The neighborhood’s streetscapes are clean and well-manicured, with paved sidewalks leading from one subdivision to the next. Some of Vista Del Mar’s early builds include three-bedroom Craftsman-influenced homes with stucco siding and attached garages. Most of these homes, priced from the mid-$700,000s to about $900,000, were built in the early 2000s and have been well maintained. New construction can be found in the subdivisions of Serene at Vista Del Mar and Retreat at Vista Del Mar, which were developed by the same builder, Taylor Morrison. In both areas, there are rows of new three- and four-bedroom homes in styles inspired by traditional and Craftsman architecture. Most new construction is fetching between $700,000 and $750,000.Public schools with special robotics programs
