Picturesque coastal enclave near Daytona Beach Shores

The ocean breeze whispers through the palm trees of the residential blocks in Port Orange. The densely populated community of approximately 60,000 residents enjoys picturesque homes and acclaimed schools. In Port Orange, adjoining Daytona Beach Shores, the vacation never has to end.

On top of its proximity to the beach, Port Orange offers residents a wealth of shopping and dining opportunities, along with easy access to the city of Daytona Beach and all its culture, entertainment and employers.

Extensive coastal and near-coastal housing options

Whether homebuyers are looking for a home that overlooks the rustling currents of the Atlantic Ocean or a modest single-family ranch or contemporary style home, they’ll be sure to find something to fit their needs. “There is still a lot of room for investors, particularly closer to the shore. Port Orange is located west of Daytona Beach’s shorefront. A lot of investors and second home buyers gravitate towards that area,” says Realtor Lori Schultz with Premier Sotheby International Realty. The median price range in the city is $375,00, making it slightly less than the state median of $385,00.

Port Orange Spring Brew and Food Festival

A strong sense of community is evident in the city's annual events. Every year, spring kicks off with three action-packed days at the Port Orange Spring Brew and Food Festival. Be sure to check out Empty Bowls Chili Cookoff, a fan-favorite event at the festival. Local food vendors, skilled artisans, and live performers dominate the City Center.
