With luxury condos, breweries and local restaurants, Post Falls City Center looks much different than it did two decades ago. "It's revitalized. They're adding a lot of new stuff that we haven't had in the past. It was a logging mill town, and the mill is gone now. They've come in with new condos, restaurants and shops," says Stacey Leech, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty who has worked in the neighborhood. "They're hoping to put a food truck pavilion in. They have breweries. It's an up-and-coming area." The neighborhood has a prime location on the north bank of the Spokane River, just 9 miles from the resort city of Coeur d'Alene. While water activities have long been the draw to this community, the new businesses are bringing a new wave of buyers to Post Falls City Center.
