Upcoming neighborhood with city conveniences
On the southwest end of Pueblo, the Regency neighborhood offers suburban isolation with convenience and amenities similar to downtown. “There were certain neighborhoods people wanted to live in when you were successful. In the 70s, they built Regency, and it was something new. Those who grew up here and were getting jobs wanted to live in a new neighborhood like Regency,” says Charles Valentish, realtor at HomeSmart Preferred Realty and Pueblo native. Its suburban traits include grand homes while its city conveniences shine through its handful of retail on its borders. “Regency keeps pushing further west, and it’s a nice family-oriented neighborhood,” he adds.
