Centennial is within walking distance of the city's bustling downtown area, and the neighborhood is known for its competitive housing prices. "Redwood City has great weather and a broad price range, so it's accessible," says Maxine Dumas, a Broker with Dumas & Company who has lived and worked in Redwood City all her life.
