Solar Village-Mid-Unser has residential subdivisions outside of Albuquerque
Rio Rancho was developed to give Albuquerque commuters more housing options outside the city without sacrificing proximity to parks and shopping. “There are plenty of grocery stores and gyms in Rio Rancho. Everything is right there,” says Toby Rich, an agent with Amazing Properties who has been selling around Albuquerque for five years. “If you want a Trader Joe’s, Sprouts or Whole Foods, you have to go into the city, but there’s still plenty here.” Solar Village-Mid-Unser is a spread-out, primarily residential portion of Rio Rancho and is anchored by main roads like Unser Boulevard. In addition to housing representing many styles and price points, the large neighborhood is close to city and community parks and highly rated schools. Because the community is on the south side of Rio Rancho, it is closer to Albuquerque than northern Rio Rancho neighborhoods like Enchanted Hills and offers a shorter commute.
