Proximity to shopping and schools between Corona and Riverside
Though La Sierra South was once developed around a tin mine, it is now home to several subdivisions in between the cities of Riverside and Corona. Residents can walk to area schools as well as the shopping center in the middle of the neighborhood. And the Metrolink train stop makes it easy to avoid the roads, but still get around Southern California with ease. Plus, “La Sierra South shares a border with Corona, so it’s a popular option for those who can’t afford Corona,” says James Monks, Realtor and Manager at Windermere Tower Properties and third generation Riversider. La Sierra South appeals to folks looking for affordability, commuter train access and convenient shopping and dining.
