Campus Oaks

Career Technical Education Pathways at Oakmont High School
Local kids may attend Roseville City Elementary district schools, including Blue Oaks Elementary, which earns an A-minus from Niche and provides STEAM-based programs. Robert C. Cooley Middle earns an A-minus as well, and takes part in the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program, which helps students make daily positive choices. They then can head to the Roseville Joint Union High district schools, including A-minus-rated Oakmont High, where students can enroll in a Career Technical Education Pathway program in areas like construction technology, graphic design or culinary arts.Pickleball at Campus Oaks Park
Roseville continues to add neighborhood green spaces, including Campus Oaks’ latest park of the same name. Campus Oaks Park spans over 8 acres, offering pickleball courts, a covered picnic area and a fenced-in dog park. The Cokeva Galaxy Blues grass soccer complex sits nearby and is used for local league play. Roughly 2-acre Crimson Ridge Park is just west of Roseville Parkway, with open areas large enough for a pick-up football game. Golfers can head a few miles south of the neighborhood to play 18 holes at the Woodcreek Golf Club, then enjoy happy hour at the club’s bar and grill.Hand-crafted hot dogs at Dog Haus Biergarten
Smith says the dining scene here is growing. One local favorite, Dog Haus Biergarten toward the north, serves hand-crafted hot dogs, burgers and craft beer, as well as their famous breakfast burritos. Nearby, MOD Pizza offers counter-serve customizable pies with up to 11-inch-thick crusts. Grocery stores include Nuggets Market and Safeway in the neighborhood’s northwest corner. Big-box stores like Walmart are located east toward the bypass, while retailers and department stores, such as Macy’s, are found at the Westfield Galleria at Roseville 5 miles southeast.New traditional homes from the early 2020s
Narrow streets lined with sidewalks offer early 2020s new traditional Mediterranean-style homes. Common features include tile roofs, stucco exteriors, arched entryways and small front yards. Homes sit close together here with fences enclosing backyards, and short driveways lead to two-car garages. Sizes vary from roughly 1,400-square-foot three-bedroom homes to 4,000-square-foot four-bedroom homes. Depending on the size, prices range from about $525,000 to $1.1 million.Easy access to Interstate 80 and the bypass
Campus Oaks is only about 5 miles from Roseville’s city center. Interstate 80 sits about 5 miles southeast of the neighborhood, leading roughly 26 miles southwest to Downtown Sacramento. The Roseville Bypass, also known as State Route 65, is 2 miles east. Roseville Parkway, Blue Oaks Boulevard and Woodcreek Oaks Boulevard are the neighborhood’s main thoroughfares. Most residents use their cars to get around, but Roseville Transit buses carry passengers throughout the city; bus stops sit along Woodcreek Oaks Boulevard within walking distance of residential streets. Residents can also bike along main thoroughfares here. Sutter Roseville Medical Center is about 6 miles southeast and Sacramento International Airport sits 24 miles southwest.
