A top-performing school district is a major draw for Easthampton homebuyers
In Easthampton, pine trees tower above well-groomed hedges and garden beds line paved paths from driveways to front doors. There are tennis courts, a pool and four lakes in the community, and it’s all zoned to one of the Atlanta area’s most sought-after school districts. “The initial draw to Easthampton is the academic excellence around the neighborhood,” says area resident Jamie Grace Miller, a Realtor with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International. She adds that its location between the shops and restaurants of East Cobb and Roswell also appeals to homebuyers.

Easthampton’s Colonial Revival brick homes have up to 4,000 square feet and sell for $680,000 to $910,000. Even larger homes, some with six bedrooms, are priced between $1 million and $1.3 million. Houses stay on the market for an average of 12 days. Residents pay HOA fees that include a $750 initiation and monthly payments ranging from $80 to $100.
