HOA fees range from $458 to $1,082 a month. “Once somebody gets in there, they tend not to leave,” Bradshaw says, “So the market is a little tighter than in other communities.” The neighborhood’s inland location protects it from flooding. However, wind damage can be a major risk during hurricane season.
