Rosemont

Cookie cutter homes
Homes in Rosemont range from just under $400,000 to $550,000 depending on year built and condition. “It’s a very matured and very cookie cutter area,” says Hindy. “For the most part, you are going to get one-story, single-family homes that have three-bedrooms and are affordable compared to neighboring communities.” Most of the houses were built between 1970 and 1990 and are located off quiet residential streets. The homes feature multi-car garages for private parking and well-manicured lawns. Streets tend to lead to quiet cul-de-sacs and are flanked by wide sidewalks, which are convenient for dog owners. While ranch-style homes are the dominant house type, there are a few tri-levels in the area as well.Solid school district
Kids in Rosemont attend the Sacramento City Unified School District, beginning at Golden Empire Elementary School. Golden Empire was named a Niche Standout Elementary School and noted as having one of the most diverse student populations in the state. Next is Albert Einstein Middle School, before Rosemont High, which was established in 2003. All three schools received an overall B grade from Niche, with A marks in student diversity. Rosemont also has private options, like Jesuit High School, which owns an A-plus overall grade.Playing at Granite Regional Park
