If you like boating and golfing, it’s hard to imagine getting closer to paradise than Isla Del Sol. This condo community is built around the Isla Del Sol Yacht & Country Club, which serves as the social and recreational hub of the island. “It’s popular with retirees and people looking for a vacation home,” says local Realtor Aaron Hunt of Avalon Group Realty, who has worked in the area for over ten years. “On top of the golfing and boating, it’s right next to Shell Key Preserve and Fort De Soto Park, so there’s tons of outdoor stuff nearby.”
While living on an island might seem like an isolating experience Isla Del Sol is connected to the mainland by the four-lane Pinellas Bayway, so it’s just a short drive to the extensive shopping and dining of south St. Petersburg.
