Rogers Ranch
Community events get people out of their eye-catching homes
"The location is what draws people here. It’s almost perfectly centered between the freeways, so people who work in the northeast or northwest find it very convenient. The neighborhood is also fully developed and has everything from gardens to estate homes,” says Melissa Stagers, broker and owner of M. Stagers Realty Partners. “This is a very active neighborhood with a homeowner’s association and lots of amenities. There’s a pool where people gather on the Fourth of July with a party thrown by the HOA. It’s also split between two school districts. Both have excellent schools, which is great for the people with children in the neighborhood.” Part of Texas Hill Country, rolling terrain is a given here, as are mature oak trees shading homes and the winding streets. Sidewalks run throughout the area, and lawns are particularly well-kept. Ranch-style residences, Spanish revivals and French provincials meld into a charming streetscape behind the community’s gates. Prices range from $500,000 for a four-bedroom ranch-style home to $1.3 million for a four-bedroom Spanish revival estate.Staying fit at Gold's Gym
