Housing options and community vibe in Kendall
Many homes were built from the 1980s onwards, and houses are set in a suburban setting. Classic ranch-style houses are concentrated on the east side, with newer Spanish-influenced houses from the early 2000s on the west side of the neighborhood. “This is more of a family-oriented type of neighborhood,” says Carlos Silva, Realtor at Keller Williams Realty College Park with over 20 years of experience. “It’s more for young families and professionals. The homes are newer and there are more tract homes with a New Traditional look. Prices are going to be higher than in Meadowbrook.”
