These features are often mixed with amenities like covered porches, gabled roofs and multi-car garages. The neighborhood is home to the West Colony HOA which hosts many of the newer builds. Expansive ranch-style homes are also a common site in South Pointe, sitting wide on home lots with spacious floor plans and yards perfect for playing lawn games with friends or family.
