Suburban living and an array of Asian food in Marshall
Marshall, a neighborhood in western San Gabriel Valley, has quiet streets but is still walkable to plenty of shopping and dining, defying the traditional suburban stereotypes. Deeply infused with Asian culture, the area brims with businesses selling bubble tea, Sichuan food and more authentic dishes. “It’s very convenient. A lot of Chinese people like this location. People can just walk to restaurants and places everywhere,” says Realtor Alexandra Yeung, who works with IRN Realty and has over 15 years of experience in the area. Despite having the commercial presence of an urban area, Marshall’s well-rated public schools and community park make the neighborhood slightly more family oriented.
